Hey there. My name is Jennifer Shirah-Dewberry and I am a Senior Mortgage Banker with Advance Mortgage & Investment Company (AMIC). Prior to becoming a mortgage professional, I was a closing specialist and agent for a Real Estate Firm in Mobile County, AL. After many years of being engaged in mortgage transactions and real estate closings, I found myself migrating towards the other side and here I am licensed and financing almost 8 years later.

Ironically, my past took me to NYC where I studied Musical theater, film, voice and dance at The American Musical and Dramatics Academy where I graduated in 1997. I continued on in Manhattan for many years and found myself back home with family where I belong. I love people and I love to chat…ask anyone here, as I am CERTAIN they will tell you.

When a client has a need, I try to walk in their shoes to see what I would do for myself – it’s not just a job to me, it’s a mission. And I won’t stop until I get it done.
